🕒 More than 24h Before the Shooting

Adding a Product

If your shoot is scheduled more than 24 hours from now, you have two options:

  • Delete and re-order: Cancel your current order (free of charge) and place a new one with all desired products.

  • Place an additional order: Create a new order for the missing product only. You’ll then have two orders for the same property.

    ➤ Contact us via our chatbot Becka or at [email protected] so we can assign the same photographer to both orders. Please note: If you are a member of our Backbone Plan, select the relevant photographer directly while placing your order. If any transport costs apply, contact us to have them removed from your invoice.

Deleting a Product

Simply contact us via our chatbot Becka or at [email protected]. We’ll remove the product from your order and update your invoice or process a refund, depending on your payment method.


🕓 Less than 24h Before the Shooting

Adding a Product

If your shoot is scheduled within the next 24 hours, you have two options:

  • Reorder everything: Place a new order with all desired products and notify us via our chatbot Becka or at [email protected]. We’ll cancel your initial order free of charge and assign the same photographer to the new one.
  • Place an additional order: Create a new order with just the missing product.

    ➤ Contact us so we can assign the same photographer to both orders. Please note: If you are a member of our Backbone Plan, select the relevant photographer directly while placing your order. If any transport costs apply, contact us to have them removed from your invoice.

Deleting a Product

Contact us via our chatbot Becka or at [email protected]. If a photographer has already been assigned, a 75% cancellation fee will apply (see Art. 13 in our Terms & Conditions). Your invoice or refund will be updated accordingly.

Adding a Product

After the shoot has started, place an additional order for the missing product.

➤ Contact us so we can assign the same photographer to both orders. Please note: If you are a member of our Backbone Plan, select the relevant photographer directly while placing your order. If any transport costs apply, contact us to have them removed from your invoice.

⚠️ Want to upgrade the number of photos in your pack during the shoot? Contact us immediately. We’ll then adjust your invoice and deliver the correct number of photos.

Deleting a Product

Once the shoot has started, deleting a product is no longer possible. The full price will be charged, as stated in Art. 13 of our Terms & Conditions.

Adding a Product

Please place a new order for the missing product.

Deleting a Product

Products such as photo editing, staging, or rendering cannot be canceled after an order is placed. These services will be charged 100%, in accordance with Art. 13 of our Terms & Conditions.
