By following these instructions, you can manage your bookings effectively and ensure you are not charged for last-minute changes.


Cancellations / Rescheduling Policy

As per our Terms & Conditions (Art. 13), cancellations and rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the shoot will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the order amount. Editing products such as photo editing, staging, or rendering cannot be canceled after an order is placed and will be charged 100%.

Where: You can manage cancellations and rescheduling directly from your dashboard or the order gallery.

Why: To ensure you can make necessary changes to your order without incurring additional costs.


🧭 Step-by-step Guide: How to Cancel an Order

Step 1 – Go to the platform

  • Navigate to our platform [here].

Step 2 – Search for your order

  • In the search bar, type in your order number (e.g., 503042).

Step 3 – Click on “See more info…”

  • Once the order is displayed, click the "See more info..." button.

Step 4 – Cancel the order

  • Click on the "Cancel order" button on the right side.

Step 5 – Choose the reason for cancellation

  • Select the reason for canceling the order (e.g., weather, not needed anymore, etc.). Please note that if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be displayed.

Step 6 – Confirm the cancellation

  • Confirm your choice, and the order will be automatically canceled. You can find it under the "delivered orders" tab in your profile.

Step 1 – Go to the platform

  • Navigate to our platform [here].

Step 2 – Search for your order

  • In the search bar, type in your order number (e.g., 503042).

Step 3 – Click on “Reschedule”

  • Once your order is displayed, click on the “Reschedule” button.

Step 4 – Select a rescheduling reason

  • Choose a reason for rescheduling (e.g., weather conditions, illness, etc.).

Step 5 – Contact the photographer

  • If a photographer is already assigned, contact them to confirm their availability for the new date and time. Please note that a 75% penalty fee will apply for any rescheduling within 24 hours, regardless of whether the photographer accepts the new date or not.

Step 6 – Confirm the availability of the photographer

  • Select if you have agreed or not on a new date and time with the assigned photographer.

Step 7 – Select a new date and time

  • Select a new desired date and time. If you did not agree on a new date with the photographer, our policy of 48 business hours to organize a shoot will apply.

Step 8 – Confirm to complete the rescheduling

  • Once everything is filled, click "Reschedule order."

💡 Note: As per our Terms & Conditions, if the order is not canceled or rescheduled before the shooting time, it will proceed as scheduled and be fully invoiced (see T&Cs, Art. 13).

A: No, cancellations and rescheduling must be done through the platform directly. However, if you need any help with it, do not hesitate to reach out.

Q: Can I reschedule after the 24-hour penalty period?
